This is the first F2F meeting in the DS & AI group and I am happy to participate as member of the DS3 sub team.

I'm member of the Product Owner Hub in the Cell and Gene Therapy and new Modalities team. I'm responsible for the lab automation in DDS. In my role as Business Owner of different IT systems I'm working on the digital roadmap of DDS. I'm also member of the CLJ product team and the Digital Chemistry product team. I'm looking forward to meet the colleagues of DS&AI from all over the world.

I lead the DS3 India group of DS &AI as well as site lead of Bayer Pharma R&D India I manage a group of people with skills like product owner, SCRUM MASTER, Business Analyst , Programmer, Soft ware Developer.

I love the challenge of combining the scientifc aspiration of R&D with the hard reality of IT.
