Gitcoin's mission is to change this by building and funding Open Source builders via gig-based work opportunities and democratically crowdsourcing financial support. The Gitcoin Builderband is a collective at the heart of this value chain to empower builders on the Gitcoin platform and maximize their returns in these initiatives.
