NodeSet's successful launch led to the creation of over 500 additional Rocket Pool minipools. With the increase in maximum validators per node, node operators eagerly competed for these new minipools, resulting in hundreds of failed transactions on Ethereum. NodeSet operators who experienced a failed transaction were awarded a POAP.

In early May, 2024, NodeSet opened the first public beta of the HyperDrive node management software enabled with the StakeWise integration module, for its decentralized professional node operator network. This exclusive POAP was bestowed upon the the core team and pioneering node operators that registered a validator with the NodeSet StakeWise vault on the Holesky test network in preparation for the the Gravita x NodeSet StakeWise mainnet vault. Rocket Pool node operators utilized their Smart Node Upgrade POAPs they had earned from January to April 2024 for a chance to win RPL tokens and their name featured on the commemorative POAP. woh.eth, deukey.eth, corethereum.eth, and haloooloolo.eth were victorious during the raffle! This POAP was given to all raffle participants.

On April 17, 2024, numerous RP node operators discovered their eligibility for the Omni airdrop, thanks to haloooloolo's assistance. Though haloooloolo himself wasn't eligible for the airdrop, the RP community deeply appreciates his invaluable support! All proceeds of this POAP go directly to halooooloolo.

On February 27, Rocket Pool released Smartnode upgrade 1.11.8. This update is essential for all users, facilitating the Deneb/Cancun ("Dencun") Mainnet upgrade on March 13, 2024, at 01:55:35 PM UTC. With the integration of blobs (EIP-4844) in Dencun, each node may require up to 103 GiB of additional disk space, averaging around 50 GiB. All clients are now Dencun-compatible, boasting enhancements and bug fixes.
