Este POAP conmemora la jornada de la CNMV relativa al primer año de aplicación del Reglamento de Mercados de Criptoactivos (MiCA) en la Unión Europea. El evento reunió a representantes de la industria y participantes del mercado para analizar el impacto regulatorio de MiCA, las lecciones aprendidas durante su primer año de implementación y las perspectivas de futuro para la regulación de los criptoactivos en Europa. Celebrado en el Museo Reina Sofía de Madrid y organizado por la CNMV, este encuentro marcó un hito relevante en la evolución del marco regulatorio europeo de los criptoactivos
