Thank you for joining our first DSO Open Mic session in 2024!! These sessions are a space for open exchanges about ongoing topics around DSO and an opportunity to share, ask questions, provide feedback, or just listen. Everyone is invited to attend, participation is voluntary, and the sessions will not be recorded.

This time around we focussed on DSO, dynamic shared ownership. As we reflected on our expectations and shared our insightful opinions with our colleagues, we gained valuable feedback that we shall use for our common journey moving forward. Thank you.

Cheers to our global gang! 🌍🌟 As the year draws to a close, we're giving a shoutout to the 13,000 amazing contributors on our platform. By leveraging Byron, the exchange within our company becomes more seamless, paving the way for new projects and strengthening our unity within Bayer. 🚀 Presenting this exclusive POAP as a massive thank you, because without you, this platform wouldn't be what it is. 🙌 Byron, an acronym for Bayer Open Network, is our Skills database for Bayer employees, including speed networking. We kicked off in 2018 as a True North grassroots side initiative, going live in 2020. Created by over 40 students and programming enthusiasts with the help of EY Croatia. Today, we have 13,000 registered users from 89 countries, in 293 cities. Today we have the honour of celebrating two distinct events that share a similar vision - Bayer's PHIT townhall meeting & dental health. We came together to support our colleagues' quest to make the world a better place and to foster a harmonic environment essential for our future endeavours. This commendable ambition aligns with the work that dentists do all around the globe: making sure that we treat our teeth with due respect and care. The next round in the Bayer Jam Sessions is on Thursday, June 29, 6 PM in Berlin, Germany. Our Summer Jam Session takes place in the Wiener Café with the Steinway grand piano. Bayer employees and guests have the opportunity to live out their talents with and without instruments in a relaxed atmosphere. Guests will be Anna Carewe (http://www.annacarewe.com/) on cello & Oli Bott (http://www.olibott.com/) on vibraphone. Oli will take over the role of moderator.
