This POAP celebrates all Rocket Pool Node Operators that participated in the smoothing pool and got at least one claim of smoothing pool rewards in 2022. In order to qualify for this POAP the Node Operator needs to provide proof that he/she has at least one smoothing pool claim in 2022.

Rocket Fuel, a daily youtube show and podcast that covers everything that happens in the Rocket Pool community, had its 100th episode on Monday, Dec 19th. To celebrate the episode Jonathan Mann sang a song for the show, waqwaqattack set up a raffle with 9 prizes, and this poap was delivered. To be eligible for this poap, holders had to enter the poap raffle using one of 6 poaps. Four poaps were previous Rocket Fuel poaps and two were sent to people in the Rocket Pool community. A POAP for node operators that contributed to the Rocketpool logo on the Graffiti Wall by placing at least 1 pixel. Rocket Pool is hitting mainnet on November 9th after 4 years of development time! As such, the Rocket Pool community has organized a series of POAPs and raffles honoring communities that share a similar ethos to Rocket Pool. This is a thanks for all the people who participated in these raffles and spread the word that Rocket Pool was ready to launch while recognizing Patricio Worthalter for his contributions and donations to the raffles.

This POAP goes to all the hoots who voted in the HIP-004 proposal, agreeing on the burn options for $Twig tokens with 275 votes agreeing to the proposed changes and only 1 vote in disagreement.
