Seit unserer Gründung 1997 hat sich einiges verändert: Aus Mercedes-Benz Marketing Academy Services GmbH wurde 2000 die Automotive Training GmbH, 2012 die Automotive Training & Consulting GmbH und 2016 schließlich Mercedes-Benz Consulting GmbH. Wir zogen von Esslingen nach Vaihingen und weiter nach Echterdingen, unser Trainingsportfolio wurde um eine starke Consultingexpertise ergänzt und aus den anfänglichen 39 Mitarbeiter*innen wurden rund 400. Things have changed since our founding in 1997. Mercedes-Benz Marketing Academy Services GmbH became Automotive Training GmbH in 2000 and Automotive Training & Consulting GmbH in 2012, which in 2016 finally gave rise to Mercedes-Benz Consulting GmbH. We moved from Esslingen to Vaihingen and then to Echterdingen. Our training portfolio was expanded with strong consulting expertise, and we went from 39 employees to about 370. The kind of growth that makes us proud! But our mission is still the same as when we started: to empower people and organizations to blaze new trails and take them further. And we’re still on fire for that!
