This custom POAP will de delivered by Snapshot to those who participate in DAO governance by voting! PROPOSAL SUMMARY: The last halving was about 2 years ago in May. This poll would be about donut issuance halving. This would not involve liquidity providing on mainnet and gnosis, because I think those are still low, so just the issuance from 4m/month to 2m/month.

PROPOSAL SUMMARY: This proposal addresses the increased amount of post spamming on r/Ethtrader by proposing a fee to post for users who are registered to receive Donut distributions. This fee would disincentivize spammers by causing them to sacrifice a large portion of any rewards they earn without putting undue burden on normal and productive sub members.
