The Ethereum Name Service (ENS) is a distributed, open, and extensible naming system based on the Ethereum blockchain, and works across web3 and the whole internet. It's your identity: simple, memorable, unmistakably yours. For your hackathon project, you can leverage ENS to give names to Ethereum addresses and store user data directly on their ENS name, which acts as a interoperable profile.
