UTA x Wom3n in Web3 Lunch 2022

This POAP was created by artist Diana Sinclair to commemorate of the first ever UTA x Wom3n in Web3 Lunch. The piece is titled "Breedlove" and was inspired by both Sarah Breedlove and women working in web3. Sarah Breedlove, also known as Madam C.J. Walker, was the first American self-made woman millionaire. A Black woman from Louisiana, she developed and marketed hair care and other cosmetic products to other Black women in 1867. Despite the circumstances of the period, she successfully built an empire by creating something by and for women, and did so while making history by breaking both gender and race barriers. The world has seen many changes since her time, but modern women in web3 are now also working at the forefront of the newest revolution to establish careers and wealth for both themselves and the women around them.
