You attended the exclusive screening of Calladita, The Quiet Maid, at Shoreditch Arts Club on June 21, 2024. We celebrated the film's UK premiere 🎉 at Raindance Film Festival and spoke to director Miguel Faus, who joined us in person. The commercial release of Calladita, which was financed entirely by the sale of NFTs, is a milestone for #Film3 🎥 movement. It inspires other filmmakers to explore the use of #web3 technologies to support and enhance their work. ​About Calladita ​Ana has just arrived from Colombia 🇨🇴 and is the maid of a luxurious mansion on the Costa Brava, where a family of wealthy art dealers spends their summers. The young woman works tirelessly and without a contract, under the false promise of decent conditions at the end of the summer, if she remains obedient and discreet. When, thanks to the maid of the neighboring house, she discovers her own ways of enjoying the summer, the family decides to fire her. You attended the the POW x WOW Fashion Launch Party! Power of Women and World of Women celebrated the launch of The Paradise Collection. Created by Power of Women founder and artist-illustrator Leah Ibrahim Sams, this limited edition capsule collection is bringing the noise. ​Inspired by Leah’s childhood in Malaysia, the Paradise Collection draws inspiration from the vibrant natural world, and her unique tropical prints make each of these garments striking statement pieces for this Summer’s wardrobe. ​We saw samples from the collection and enjoyed the company of fellow PoW and WoW community members and each garment includes an IYK NFC chip linking the physical piece with its digital twin, access to exclusive content and future art drops.

Spring is a state of mind! 🌸 You attended World of Women's Artfest celebration in London on Jan 30, 2024. The first-ever IRL event for WoW’s digital art festival featured the work of artist Amylili (Amarylis Hibon). She is an artist and illustrator focusing on femininity and nature. Amylili created Galactic Goddesses: Phases of Wonder, a dynamic NFT that changes with the lunar cycle for Artfest Autumn 2023.
