By expanding its footprint to Germany, UNIDOS aims to further build on its mission: Create a vibrant community celebrating the Hispanic and Latin culture and its contributions. Participate in the panel discussions between communities and external guests with focus on: - the role of transformational innovation at Bayer - the impact of communities at Bayer - how to embrace mindfulness in your work life - how to shape your personal and professional development We will start every day around 12 pm CET and offer multiple sessions until 4 or 5 pm CET.
