Awake the Potential of your Data. This POAP will be offered to the participants at the Pitch Kickoff of the Bayer BayHack Hackathon 2022. Colleagues will be pitching ideas to support real business problems and digital transformation. We will bring together scientists and experts from diverse domains (e.g., lab, field, IT, data engineers) to reach a common goal by building a semantically-based prototype/concept fostering digital transformation in R&D. It is not about purely coding/development, but exploratory discussions, road mapping, conceptualization, towards innovation and digital transformation. Over the years, state-of-the-art technologies explored during the previous BayHack Hackathons have been adopted at Bayer, we expect the same this time.

We are organizing a Public Viewing for Bayer employees at the Byron Bar at the main entrance in Berlin, to watch together the Global Pharma Town Hall Meeting. Participants are entitled to receive this special POAP. After the Town Hall we expect to hear many ideas about new biotech, small molecules, cell and gene therapies, or digital projects.
