The Dream Validator Team is a group of operators who collaborated to launch the first community-led validator using the OBOL DVT platform. During 670 days of operation, three block proposals were missed, but on October 23, 2025, the Dream Validators successfully proposed in slot 12,867,321. On March 26, 2025, at Epoch 2048, the Hoodi Testnet upgraded to the Pectra fork. If the upgrade is successful it will lend a strong signal that mainnet is ready for the Pectra upgrade.
