As women’s soccer takes the global stage this summer, Johnnie Walker is working to close the gender gap and increase visibility for women’s sports by rallying people to not only tune into the summer's matches, but Watch Women’s Sports all year round. To celebrate our trailblazing partners at Gotham FC and Angel City FC, we have teamed up with celebrated illustrator, model and creator Monica Ahanonu to design tonight’s warm up jersey, symbolizing a one team approach to anchoring gender equality. The design is also featured on ACFC and Gotham FC merch available now for fans to purchase on their e-commerce shops. Proceeds from this merchandise will go towards the Women’s Sports Foundation, supporting their ongoing research to help inform the change in culture needed for equality.
