The Dream Validator Team is a group of operators who collaborated to launch the first community-led validator using the OBOL DVT platform. During 670 days of operation, three block proposals were missed, but on October 23, 2025, the Dream Validators successfully proposed in slot 12,867,321. The POAP celebrates the first community-organized DVT validator squad on the OBOL platform. On December 1, 2023, superphiz solicited 9 other volunteers to team up to deposit 3.2 Ether each, and operate a DVT node for the foreseeable future. Ten holders of this POAP responded to the opportunity and subsequently launched validator 1092471, which became active on December 23, 2023. The address which minted this POAP participated in the KZG Summoning Ceremony: a publicly coordinated ritual to produce a random output. This output will be used in Proto-Danksharding, aka EIP 4844: an Ethereum scaling mechanism which will hopefully enable lower Layer 2 fees and greater global accessibility. EIP-4844 is expected to go live with the Dencun network upgrade in the near future. As of the time of writing, this ceremony was the largest setup of this kind when considering the number of contributions.
