By leveraging Byron, the exchange within our company becomes more seamless, paving the way for new projects and strengthening our unity within Bayer. 🚀 Presenting this exclusive POAP as a massive thank you, because without you, this platform wouldn't be what it is. 🙌 Byron, an acronym for Bayer Open Network, is our Skills database for Bayer employees, including speed networking. We kicked off in 2018 as a True North grassroots side initiative, going live in 2020. Created by over 40 students and programming enthusiasts with the help of EY Croatia. Today, we have 13,000 registered users from 89 countries, in 293 cities. People have searched for something in Byron at least 25,000 times and engaged in 31,000 1:1 Speed network meetings. http://go/byron Looking ahead, we're thrilled about the future and the prospect of our community growing even larger. Auf der anderen Straßenseite stand ein Feuerwehrauto – so rot glänzend wie Rudolfs Nase. Der Weihnachtsmann ließ sich etwas zurückfallen und tippte an seine Nase. Schon stand er vor dem Fahrzeug. Offenbar hatten die Menschen in dieser Firma eine eigene Werkfeuerwehr – so wie er am Nordpol auch. Der Weihnachtsmann war ein großer Feuerwehrfan, außerdem wurde am Nordpol viel mit Holz gearbeitet und es brannten zahlreiche Kerzen, darum war das Weihnachtsmanndorf diesbezüglich gut aufgestellt – Brandschutz war das oberste Gebot. Fasziniert betrachtete der Mann mit dem weißen Bart den umfangreichen Fuhrpark. Er war begeistert! On the other side of the street was a fire truck - as shiny red as Rudolf's nose. Santa let himself fall back a little and tapped his nose. Promptly he was standing in front of the vehicle. Apparently, the people in this company had their own plant fire brigade - just like he did at the North Pole. Santa was a big fan of the fire brigade, and besides, they worked a lot with wood at the North Pole and burned a lot of candles, so Santa's village was well set up in that regard - fire safety was top priority. Fascinated the man with the white beard regarded the extensive fleet of vehicles. He was thrilled!

Budenzauber was a market that Bayer Berlin hosted in December 2022 to help the Bayer family unwind and get into the holiday spirit. There were stalls at every corner, with food and drinks and handmade goods to help everyone enjoy, relax, and start stocking up on gifts for their loved ones.
