Guildhall is one of the oldest buildings in the City. On the square in front of it, dark stones mark the boundaries of an ancient Roman amphitheatre, the remains of which lie 5-6 metres underground. Standing in the heart of London, Guildhall is a majestic portal to the city’s rich history and civic pride. More than a building—it’s a living monument to the enduring spirit of the city.
