GEOGRAPHIES OF TRASH DAY in the city of Hialeah! We will be celebrating this day with a very special remote/ decentralized cleanup. Each person (wherever you are in world) will be asked to pickup atleast one garbage bag full of trash from around your own neighborhood, document the process (šø/š„) and post it in the Biscayneworld Discord (link in bio). Each person who completes this task will then receive this FREE limited edition POAP NFT. This movement started in Miami, but we feel the idea of cleaning up our own neighborhood as a way to celebrate remotely through activism is a way to make an even bigger impact and bring awareness to this trashy project!!

Join us at our 924 gallery space on Lincoln Road for a panel discussion hosted in collaboration with the FIU Ratcliffe Art + Design Incubator, followed by a walking tour of Miami Beach led by artist Ahol Sniffs Glue. This event is an activation of Aholās project at FIU Ratcliffe entitled, āGeographies of Trash,ā in which he transforms discarded objects from Miamiās cityscape into coveted works of art. As he tags pieces of āgarbage,ā elevating them to the realm of āart,ā Ahol photographs them, posts the images on Instagram, and leaves them for a lucky person to discover and take home. Participants of this tour will receive a POAP (āProof of Attendance Protocolā) NFT minted by Ahol as a collectible memento of this tour.
