I'm part of DS3 group and I work as Process Manager for Technology Application Management

I am a Programmer from India with a passion for coding and a deep understanding of several key technologies. My expertise is in Oracle Apps, PLSQL, Oracle Database, Python, and Azure. I have gained experience working with large databases in Core Banking tool, to working with more than 10 million Customer records in Telecom domain, enriching my skills in Performance Tuning. As a technology enthusiast, I am always eager to learn new skills and explore emerging trends in the field with particular interest in creating chatbots. Currently I am working in Spectrum automation utilities, and I love to work in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating with other talented professionals to solve challenging problems and drive innovation.

I'm a Senior Systems Manager in the Systems Support team. I'm located in Belgium.

My name is Sandra Ille but I like to be called Sandy instead. I’ve been working for Bayer since November 2013 in the HR department. I’ve been an HRBP since I started and have always worked within the R&D organization since starting with Bayer. Currently I’m on a STA as a Global Talent Lead for the DS&AI organization. I reside in Bergenfield, NJ with my fiancé. I have a 24 year old son who is my greatest achievement and success. I have a BS and MS from West Virginia University.
