A POAP given out to all holders of Rocket Pool's token, as we hit 13k total holders

This POAP will be issued to anyone who was operating their own Ethereum staking node, either as a solo staker or as a Rocket Pool node operator, as of the time of the merge. The first use of this POAP will be to vote on an art style for a non-transferrable NFT which will be issued to node operators. For the month of February 2023, jcrtp.eth (Joe) has been burning the proverbial midnight oil and working some very long hours to ship Atlas and v1.9 on time. On this day Yinandyang decided to stake his 3000ETH in the Rocket Pool protocol. Even though there where some issues with MetaMask, #trading solved these for the new friendly whale.
