This POAP commemorates your visit to the Spork Castle during ETHDenver 2024. This is where the community comes together during what are referred to as the “Main Event” days, between February 29th and March 3rd. Three stages, including the Atlantis Main Stage, will feature world-class content during these days, including the opening and closing ceremonies. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with community leaders at their booths organized within each of the track-based “Shillages”. With so much to explore in four days, there’s almost no way to catch it all, but you can try! If you’re looking for a break and have the credentials, be sure to drop by the SporkWhale Lounge and the Bufficorn #BUIDL Brigade Lounges. Then beyond the main floor, you’ll kick yourself if you miss the Zen Zone on the upper floor and the Tabletop Arena on the lower floor. Check the map to get your bearings and enjoy your time! tea x Ethdenver
2024-03-01
tea's mission is to create a more resilient and sustainable open-source software ecosystem. By leveraging the tea Protocol, developers are empowered to bridge their Web2 open-source projects to web3 and unlock the open-source economy. This allows developers to capture the value they create and receive fair incentives for their contributions. - Any open-source developer can onboard using their GitHub handle, find their project, and begin earning rewards. tea’s novel consensus mechanism: “Proof of Contribution” quantifies the impact of all Web2 open-source projects, The more valuable your codebase, the more you earn. - Network participants are incentivized to report bugs or vulnerability reports responsibly, and project maintainers are incentivized to address these reports on time. This promotes more transparent linkages between project dependencies and dependents, which may encourage cross-collaboration amongst core contributors due to their mutually aligned goals.
Thanks for going back to the future with Cartesi and Espresso Systems at ETHDenver 2024! Together, we explored what the future of Ethereum might look like, bringing an internet-infra-like experience and performance to Web3. Cartesi is an app-specific rollup protocol with a virtual machine that runs Linux distributions, creating a richer and broader design space for dApp developers. https://cartesi.io/ Espresso Systems builds tools and infrastructure that create more safe, open, and performant options for interacting and transacting on-chain. They are the lead developers of the Espresso Sequencer, which supports rollups with decentralization, scale, and interoperability. https://www.espressosys.com/
