The Innovation Excellence Team from Bayer Asia Pacific, APAC, met to discuss Web3/Web5 & Crypto opportunities and challenges. Bayer’s South East Asia offices in Singapore incorporate our Asia Pacific headquarters for all 3 Bayer divisions, Pharmaceuticals, Crop Science and Consumer Health. The ASEAN Country Group Platform is also based in Singapore. As of 2022, the office has about 360 Bayer employees, with a diverse group of close to 20 different nationalities working there. The second Learn-A-T(h)on in 2022 is dedicated to the overarching theme of “Pivotal Moments”. We will be talking about the turning points and decisions of some colleagues’ careers. We are very excited about their participation and look forward to their sessions! In addition, we will discuss new technologies that enable us to make entirely new (or faster) decisions, learn about modern ways of working, the new normal, and inspiring people topics.
