Get ready for another exciting watch party as Crawley Town travels to the Racecourse Ground to take on league leaders Wrexham AFC! Last season, Wrexham got the better of Crawley in both League Two encounters, winning both home and away. Now, as both clubs face off in League One, Crawley will be hoping to change that narrative. Wrexham sits at the top of the League One standings but is coming off a loss to Birmingham in their last match. Despite that defeat, Wrexham has had a strong campaign and will look to solidify their position as the league's frontrunner. Crawley Town, currently 13th in the table, aims to break into the top half of the standings. After a few mixed results, they'll be motivated to take advantage of Wrexham’s recent slip and secure a positive result away from home. Wrexham's Racecourse Ground is the oldest international stadium still in use, adding historical significance to the match. Wrexham is known for their strong home form, but their loss to Birmingham could provide Crawley with an opportunity. Crawley Town is determined to turn the tide after being swept by Wrexham last season. Let’s cheer on Crawley as they look to upset the league leaders! Thank you for attending and COYR!

Get ready for another thrilling Chat Party as Crawley Town prepares to face Brighton & Hove Albion in the Carabao Cup's second round at the Amex Stadium. It's the first competitive Sussex derby between these two sides since their FA Cup encounter in 1992! Both Crawley and Brighton have kicked off their league campaigns on a positive note, setting the stage for what promises to be a fascinating clash. Crawley Town, supported by over 3,000 traveling fans, will be aiming to upset their Premier League opponents in this David vs. Goliath showdown. Brighton, a club with a storied past, has been flying high in recent years. The Seagulls, founded in 1901, have come a long way since their early days in the Southern League, where they won their only major domestic trophy, the FA Charity Shield, in 1910. After enduring financial struggles in the late 1990s and nearly dropping out of the Football League, Brighton's resurgence has been remarkable. They now find themselves firmly established in the Premier League, and their sixth-place finish last season secured them a spot in the UEFA Europa League for the first time in their history. As fans gather in our Chat Party, the excitement and anticipation will be palpable. This is a chance for Crawley to make their mark on the national stage, and with the backing of a passionate away crowd, anything is possible. Let's get behind Crawley Town and hope for a historic night in Sussex! Thank you for attending and COYR!

CRAWLEY TOWN vs. BLACKPOOL, Discord Watch Party, 240810

Get ready, Crawley Town fans! It's time for another watch party as we embark on our journey in League One following that unforgettable play-off victory against Crewe Alexandra. Our first opponent is Blackpool FC, a team with a long history in English football. Blackpool Football Club, based in the seaside town of Blackpool, Lancashire, has been around since 1887. The club has played at Bloomfield Road since 1901 and has seen its fair share of ups and downs over the years. Known for their tangerine shirts since 1923, Blackpool has experienced everything from top-flight success to challenging times in the lower leagues. One of the club's most famous moments came in 1953 when they won the FA Cup in what’s often called the "Matthews Final," coming back from 3-1 down to win 4-3 against Bolton Wanderers. The 1950s also saw them consistently finishing near the top of the First Division, with Stanley Matthews winning the inaugural Ballon d'Or in 1956. However, Blackpool's history hasn't been without its struggles. The club faced several relegations and financial issues, particularly during the controversial Oyston family ownership. Despite these challenges, Blackpool made a remarkable return to the Premier League in 2010 and have continued to fight their way back up the leagues. As Crawley Town faces Blackpool in our first League One match, it is our time to shine. Thank you for attending and COYR!

GILLINGHAM vs. CRAWLEY TOWN, Discord Watch Party 231226

Hey Crawley Town Crew! We've got Gillingham Football Club on the horizon, and, well, let's say they've had their share of challenges. Founded in 1893 as New Brompton Football Club, they trudged through the Southern League before landing in the Football League in 1920. The late '80s teased them with promotion hopes, and between 2000 and 2005, they briefly tasted life in the second tier, hitting their highest finish at eleventh place in 2002–03. Originally donning black and white stripes, they opted for cool blue shirts in the '30s, with the club crest showcasing the iconic white horse of Kent. Their stomping ground, Priestfield Stadium, once echoed with cheers for 30,000 fans. These days, it's a bit cozier so to speak. Championship glory? Well, they've clinched it twice in the fourth tier – in the 1963–64 and 2012–13 seasons, under managers Freddie Cox and Martin Allen. Now, with Boxing Day around the corner, we're gearing up for a clash with the "poor Gillingham." It's more than a match; it's a football journey waiting to unfold. Get ready, Crawley Town, let's make this Boxing Day encounter one to remember. Thank you and COYR!
