On July 31, 2022 RPL liquidity got tight and the price began to climb. Holders of this POAP were active in the Rocket Pool #Trading discord during the pump.

The night of May 11, 2022 was an exciting time for Rocket Pool minipool operators - it was the monthly Rocket Pool rewards distribution, while hanging out in Rocket Pool #Trading, we were watching a ~20% across the board market drop as the Luna stable coin lost its peg and melted down. Holders of this POAP were in the room or closely related to the event in Rocket Pool. One of our own #trading members, Galenus, is currently in Ukraine offering medical support to the resistance against the Russian invasion. In March 2022, Joe Clapis from the Rocket Pool team began work on a Terminal User Interface that provided support for easy client switching during runtime using the graphical interface. While this Terminal UI is still regarded as an alpha product, the value to the community is extremely high as it allows Rocket Pool node operators to continuously contribute to client diversity and help to ensure good client balance on the network. This POAP serves to commemorate this great effort towards decentralisation and to appreciate how Rocket Pool has consistently acted as a public good on the beacon chain. In early 2022, the Ethereum beacon chain had a supermajority client (greater than 66% of block proposals) that caused a potential loss of finalization on the beacon chain. Holders of this POAP worked to right the client balance and promote a healthier beacon chain for everyone's benefit. The beacon chain will be most successful when all clients (currently Nimbus, Teku, Prysm, and Lighthouse) hold equal proportions of block proposals.
