You have participated in the very first All Hands Workshop of the new and improved CID Global Commercial Functions galaxy within the DT&IT PH Commercial IT & Digital universe. In Berlin or attending virtually, you spent your time warmly welcoming some colleagues to the fold, while you also rejoyced in revigorating established bonds. You discussed the new team structure, the positioning & value contribution of the individual teams and had a deep-dive into our three in-focus topics CX, Launch Excellence, and Generative AI.
