Chinese paper cutting is one of the most popular folk arts. It shows people's feelings, customs, and festivity of festivals. Its history can be traced back to 1600 BC and 1100 BC. This POAP is to commemorate the Paper-cutting folk art for the Year of the Tiger. In celebration of, and wishing for all a lucky year of the tiger!
