On August 8, 2023, an enigmatic newcomer by the username "elpresidank" made an extraordinary proposition: a commitment to match any user's RPL purchase, up to an impressive 600 ETH. This unexpected and intriguing offer set the Rocket Pool Discord community ablaze with excitement, as a cascade of buy orders commenced, spanning not only from community members but also from the Rocket Pool team themselves. This surge of activity was met with an equal measure of zeal from elpresidank's commitment to match these buy orders, creating an atmosphere of shared passion and unity. The entire Ethereum network is exposed to risks when it heavily relies on a single execution client like Geth. It is crucial for the overall stability and resilience of the Ethereum ecosystem that a diverse range of execution clients is adopted. In the month of June, the Rocket Pool community banded together to diversify execution client usage on the network. This POAP has been granted to node operators who have made the commendable choice of either transitioning to, or already utilizing minority clients during the month of June 2023. This POAP will be issued to anyone who was operating their own Ethereum staking node, either as a solo staker or as a Rocket Pool node operator, as of the time of the merge. The first use of this POAP will be to vote on an art style for a non-transferrable NFT which will be issued to node operators.
