Following this, we kick off the workshops for week #2: Introduction to Plonky2: During this workshop, William Borgeaud and Brendan Farmer from Polygon Zero presents Plonky2 - a recursive SNARK that improves on previous SNARK constructions and is natively compatible with Ethereum. It combines PLONK and FRI from STARKs, with fast proofs and no trusted setup with support for recursion and low verification cost on Ethereum.
