WTF is a Holo? Holonym is a decentralized protocol for verifying authentication tokens that prove ownership of an account and associating them with a user's cryptographic keys. This project emerged out of a need to create a decentralized identity registry for scientists in the Web3 ecosystem. A call to action was made at DeSci@ethDenver hackathon on February 14th, 2022. Three hackathon prizes later, OpSci is proud to launch a prototype at DeSci Day during ethAmsterdam. Attendees holding this POAP will qualify for free account verification and entry into the DeSci registry and placed on an early adopters list.

This POAP was given to in-person attendees of the 2022 Workshop on Incentive Mechanism Validation (WIMV) which was hosted at the Ethereum Foundation's Devconnect gathering. Attendees of the workshop had to be there at the beginning (8:20 AM!) to claim the POAP.
