The second Bayer Learn-A-T(h)on in 2022 is dedicated to the overarching theme of “Pivotal Moments”. We will be talking about the turning points and decisions of some colleagues’ careers. We are very excited about their participation and look forward to their sessions! In addition, we will discuss new technologies that enable us to make entirely new (or faster) decisions, learn about modern ways of working, the new normal, and inspiring people topics. Participate in the panel discussions between communities and external guests with focus on: - The role of transformational innovation at Bayer. - The impact of communities at Bayer - How to embrace mindfulness in your work life. - How to shape your personal and professional development. We will start every day around 12 pm CET and offer multiple sessions until 4 or 5 pm CET. Sessions will be offered in German and English (depending on the speakers).
