Welcome to the NFT community! It was a pleasure to have all of you in attendance at our first NFT Onboarding Class. As an ambassador of NFT's and Web3, it was an honor to be able to teach such a motivated and engaged group of people. This POAP commemorates those that have attended KHBC's Scribing & Journaling Workshop! Congratulations for getting educated about the power & significance of journaling & scribing with the Roo Crew during our FIRST EVER Scribing Workshop led by Shannon *@anchoredsoultherapy* & Germain *@main_turby*. During this call, Germain and Shannon broke down the various journaling methods that exist (Meditation, Manifestation, Gratitude, Emotional, Healing, & Productivity) and how to use each method in the most effective way. We learned about the importance of daily scribing, the power of manifesting & how to do proper manifestation practices through The Law of Attraction, how to use journaling as a tool for healing within & to uncover who we truly are, utilizing writing letters as a form of emotional healing from losing a loved-one, or conveying emotion to someone you're close to, the use of problem-solving by writing down your problems on paper, getting rid of A.N.T.S (automatic negative thoughts) and so much more! A HUGE thanks goes out to Shannon & Germain for hosting this workshop & exposing us to the power of scribing/journaling!
