You attended the IT PH Open Mic session on AI featuring Patrick Moeller, Stephan Tabaschuss (Manufacturing Enablement Platform) and Philip Gebus (PH Decision Science & AI) on 10 September 2025. You received updates on recent activities and saw a tangible example how our Manufacturing Enablement Platform leveraged their foundations and recent Agentic AI modules to provide "Talking to Data" agents. Your insights and participation were vital in shaping our collaborative approach! We engaged in an open exchange on this balancing act, building on the PH Strategy guardrails discussed previously in Q1. Dynamic shared ownership and co-creation were crucial to our approach, and we introduced the IT PH Squad and its role as a cornerstone of our co-creation efforts.

This POAP certifies your presence at the Pitch Day of the first Bayer US AI Hackathon, a Pharma Commercial initiative of rapid innovation, collaboration, and impact. On this day, Bayer Pharma’s US business leaders, the Lions, took the stage to pitch real-life business challenges. Their goal: to identify how we can support our patients better and rethink what’s possible. Facing them were internal IT colleagues, the Champions, who joined to explore how GenAI could help address these challenges. The Pitch Day set the foundation for forming project teams that will come together on Hackathon Day, June 17, to build and prototype solutions. “The future belongs to the brave, not the fainthearted.”
