起初只是想做焦化奶油與酒的搭配 因為很喜歡煙燻感的風味 嚐了幾個版本，最終決定為 一杯休閒時間會有甜點/飲料的風味 雖是甜點系列，卻是重酒感 在愉悅微醺中會想起一些重要的人 🍸 焦化後的威士忌強擊 茶香濃烈，鹹感泡沫提味 甜感、奶感分明，酒體厚重
