The EthStaker crew sits down with Saulius Grigaitis of the Grandine Beacon Chain Client. A new beacon chain and validator client implementation. Apparently, Grandine has been silently in development since 2019. It is written in Rust, and comes with some impressive claims. Currently, the Grandine Beacon Chain Client is closed-source. The EthStaker crew gets some insights as to what the long-term goals of the Grandine Beacon Chain Client and if it's recommended to use.
