I took part in Windfall Protocol's second community call, an online presentation and discussion of the Windfall Protocol, co-hosted by the Windfall Ecology Centre, BlockScience and SuperBenefit. We participated in a technical deep dive, covering the newly-release litepaper draft, an in-depth technical overview of the project and open Q&A with the Protocol Research Group.

I attended the third Windfall Protocol Stakeholder Discussion on March 6, 2024. We explored the design of the Windfall Protocol as the Research Group introduced us to the newly-released draft of the protocol litepaper. We also discussed the implementation plan for the protocol and shared feedback on the pilot use case.

I attended the second Windfall Protocol Stakeholder Discussion on February 14, 2024. We explored the design of the Windfall Protocol as the Research Group guided us through an update of the litepaper development project, topics and concepts included in the litepaper, and a Q&A session for attendees.

I took part in Windfall Protocol's inaugural community call, an engaging online session dedicated to the Windfall Protocol, co-hosted by the Windfall Ecology Centre, BlockScience and SuperBenefit. We explored the protocol's design and the development of its litepaper, potential use cases and applications, and opportunities for community involvement.

I participated in the Windfall Protocol Stakeholder Discussion on January 31, 2024, for a crucial talk about reshaping data sharing, energy efficiency incentives, and building retrofits. Hosted by Windfall Ecology Centre, this one-hour session unveiled the Windfall Protocol, aiming to transform how buildings coordinate eco-friendly upgrades and incentives.

The address which minted this POAP participated in the KZG Summoning Ceremony: a publicly coordinated ritual to produce a random output. This output will be used in Proto-Danksharding, aka EIP 4844: an Ethereum scaling mechanism which will hopefully enable lower Layer 2 fees and greater global accessibility. EIP-4844 is expected to go live with the Dencun network upgrade in the near future. As of the time of writing, this ceremony was the largest setup of this kind when considering the number of contributions.

One year ago today the POOL token was distributed decentralizing control of PoolTogether! In one of the most community centric distributions ever, 15% of all POOL tokens were given to all depositors on day 1. Since then community ownership has only increased. This POAP belongs to the POOL token holders that govern the PoolTogether protocol.

The Ethereum Mainnet merged with the Beacon Chain proof-of-stake network on September 15, 2022. This marks the end of proof-of-work for Ethereum and a full transition to proof-of-stake. This historic upgrade is projected to reduce the Ethereum network's energy consumption by over 99% and sets the stage for future upgrades to further scale the Ethereum network. Holders of this POAP were there to witness the Ethereum Mainnet Merge with the rest of the community and signaled their support to the core developers of this enormous undertaking by sending roughly $10 of ETH to the Protocol DAO, directly funding protocol contributors.
