Part 2 of Staking course

As Valiant Alchemist, you are now ready to take on greater responsibilities. You'll be able to work towards leading projects, organize & host Lab events, managing marketing campaigns, expand or run a regional community, and more. You're a bold leader who's able to pitch ideas to The Council, lead small teams of Apprentices, and get closer to mastering different specializations in order to unlock difficult procedures that are only available to Master Alchemists. It gets more difficult to become a Master. You are pushed outside of your comfort zone - Are you ready for the challenge? ✨ Provide mentorship to Alchemists ✨ Lead small projects & campaigns ✨ Attend special meetings with Alchemist OGs ✨ Guide other fellow Apprentice Alchemists to expand their growth & development ✨ Build your own teams of 5 people ✨ Have the access to unlocked Valiant procedures & rewards ✨ Access to special channels on Discord where team leaders meet

These individuals have been handpicked and trained by The Council. They are a group of devoted, talented, and exceptional members who work on several difficult initiatives behind the scenes and are very well respected in the community. Many have not only taken part in Covalent's campaigns but have won many challenges. They've either supported or have been part of Covalent's mission since the beginning of time. An Alchemist OG: 💪 Exemplifies high-quality leadership characteristics and lead teams anywhere from 10-20 Alchemists 💪 Holds themselves accountable for whatever deliverable, actionable item, or idea needed to be executed 💪 Make things happen without waiting around - Go-Getters! 💪 Provides mentorships, structure, and guidance to Alchemists in order to help you reach the Master rank 💪 Work very closely with The Council on all fronts of the program 💪 Are always willing to learn, are open to constructive criticism in order to become better leaders, and pass down their knowledge to those in need 💪 Display impeccable characteristics & values - Humble, empathetic, hustling, ambitious, honest, confident, patient, relentless, devoted, loyal, and focus.

You've worked so hard, but your efforts aren't in vain! You are now an independent key leader in the Covalent Alchemist Ambassador community that's well respected and known for your initiatives put forth. You have the chance of working closely alongside The Council & Alchemist OGs. You've contributed and have completed difficult procedures that have led you to champion the specializations. You play a key leader in a region of the world and are able to: 💥 Provide mentorship to Alchemists 💥 Lead large projects & campaigns 💥 Attend special meetings with The Council & Alchemist OGs 💥 Guide other fellow Valiant and Apprentice Alchemists to expand their growth & development 💥 Build your own teams of over 10 people 💥 Have the access to unlocked Master procedures & rewards 💥 Access to other special features of the program, events, and more!
