As we move ever forward into the merging of Digital/Physical, the RΞNAISSANCΞ pairs Chicago Designers with Web3 artists to create a 1 to 1 Phygital Fashion Exhibition. The local creators will produce tokens that symbolize what is possible when we come together to push the limits of innovation in the windy city. 7 Designers have been paired with 7 web3 artists. The Designers sourced from Chicago Fashion Coalitions roster have each created a physical product. They collaborated with the web3 artist to produce a token that is a visual representation of the physical item. This partnership brings forward a 1/1 object that exists in the Digital & Physical realm. In supporting this first of its kind opportunity, 14 local designers & artists will be able to exhibit their work to a large audience at the imnotArt gallery. Seagrass meadows and mangrove forests are natural carbon recapture mechanisms that help to sequester carbon and return it to the earth. 11% of Sharks and Rays live in seagrass and mangroves. Sharks act as a natural protector of the seagrass from overgrazing. By protecting sharks, we can help to protect the ocean and our planet. SharkTales Art is a new approach to communal art collecting and ocean conservation founded by Andre Miripolsky. SharkTales Art proudly supports BeneathTheWaves.org Founded in 2013 as a non-profit organization, Beneath The Waves is dedicated to promoting ocean health and using science and technology to catalyze ocean policy. They are broad in their approach, but they focus their work on protecting threatened species, establishing protected areas, and creating nature-based solutions to climate change.
