On 3/5/22, Michael Unbroken shared his incredible life story with the Melon Minds community. As a kid, Michael experienced trauma which had a negative influence on his mental health and his self-confidence. For many years, those traumatic experiences negatively influenced his life until he made the decision to move past it and become unbroken. Michael was not only able to break the chains of trauma but also use those experiences to help others do the same. Years of hard work and conscious decisions to be better led Michael to become a speaker, entrepreneur, podcaster, and author. He now runs his Think Unbroken where he is dedicated to help childhood trauma victims get unstuck, love themselves and heal. On March 13th 2022, GoBeAwesome hosted a Melon Minds keynote on all things endurance running! GoBeAwesome has been an endurance runner since 2015 with several ultras completed and two 100-mile race finishes. GoBeAwesome shares his journey from never believing he would be a runner to completing two 100-mile races. GoBeAwesome also talks about the lessons he has learned and offers insights for beginners to start their endurance running journey. Date: 01/22/22 Ono Northey gave a Melon Minds keynote on how to find your purpose and what to do if you lose your purpose. Ono shared his experience with having his purpose taken from him on two different occasions and how he was able to get back on his feet and move forward. He detailed what it felt like, how he reacted, what he learned and how he was able to pick himself up and move forward. After his keynote, Ono was able to continue helping others by taking questions and offering his advise.
