Viktoriya Seredyuk is a psychological safety consultant and speaker. Based in Chicago, she serves as Founder and CEO of Lead with Candor LLC, helping busy professionals co-create healthier working relationships through psychological safety.

Sandhya Sudhakar is a certified coach, Enneagram practitioner, speaker, facilitator, and the founder of Self At Work. She takes a trauma-informed, inclusive approach to leadership development and team building, focused on showing up authentically and cultivating a sense of belonging in the workplace. Through Self At Work, Sandhya helps leaders build meaningful connections with themselves, their teams, and their work, so that they can achieve success in a more sustainable way. Sandhya grew up in the Midwest USA, the daughter of Indian immigrants. She started Self At Work after a sabbatical centered on self-exploration and redefining success on her own terms. She’s a lifelong learner, design enthusiast, curious traveler, and work-in-progress plant person. Sandhya earned a BS in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and a Masters Certificate in Learning & Organizational Change and Coaching Certificate from Northwestern University. She holds a Enneagram practitioner certification through The Narrative Enneagram and has studied Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion.

Priya Shah is triggering social consciousness to challenge barriers and empower communities from the inside out. As a Chicago creative and entrepreneur, she has built a network of artists and collaborators dedicated to igniting social awareness and change through art and imagination. Shah began volunteering in developing countries at a young age, which inspired her to fill the gap between business and the social sector. She went on to earn degrees in both Accounting & Finance from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, using her studies as an opportunity to deepen her understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives through international travel. After graduating she went on to work at Big Four Accounting firm, Ernst & Young, and finally Groupon, leading strategic planning in Operations. Shah’s passion for art and travel has fueled her purpose to help better communities in Chicago and around the world. Through her experience, Shah has developed a unique perspective on humanity and believes it is her responsibility to engage communities in need. Her purpose took shape when she founded The Simple Good, a non-profit with the mission to connect the meaning of good from around the world, empowering youth to become positive activists through art and discussion.

HXLT is one of the few serious renaissance men in music. An OG in the hip-hop/punk scene, he’s a true creative - a formidable rapper, musician, designer, director, fighter, and a great entertainer. His sound is a mix of melodic minimal chords, strings, and guitars paired with hard and gritty beats. Heavily influenced by punk rock, gangster rap and everything in between, his music is a collection of different tastes neatly blended to express his mixed background and innovative spirit. Born in Chicago to a multi-ethnic musical family, HXLT was raised listening to Led Zeppelin, Smokey Robinson, 2Pac, The Clash, and countless other artists from various genres. He developed a love for art, culture, and fashion at a young age which paved the way for his future ventures in music and design. He started out rapping with his friends under the name Hollywood Holt, quickly blowing up in the rap scene but ultimately not fulfilled. His musical passions were rooted in punk rock, but he didn’t have the ability to make it at the time. While taking the time to learn, he brought in producer Le Fonz to assist with the vision. While working on his first HXLT project met Kanye in NYC and was invited to a studio session. The rest is history and HXLT signed to West’s record label G.O.O.D. Music in April 2014. In 2016 he released his debut HXLT record which featured Kathleen Hanna and was critically acclaimed by Pitchfork, NPR, Billboard, Noisey, XXL, etc.

Six years ago in a galaxy far, far away, ENS was launched. Holders of this POAP have an avatar and their primary name set on an ENS name at the time of the 6th anniversary of the Ethereum Name Service.
