On March 13, 2024, the Dencun hard fork occurred. The bustling #trading community within the Rocket Pool Discord diligently monitored their nodes to ensure everything remained stable during the fork. Numerous users shared their Ethereum logs, as the massive blob ASCII printed to their command lines. This upgrade, being dubbed the smoothest hard fork ever, transformed what could have been a daunting process into a seamless transition. As a token of recognition, the Rocket Pool community actively engaging in the #trading channel during the Dencun fork were awarded a POAP.

RPL Benefactor returned to the Rocket Pool #trading channel to share the good news that Thomasg had donated 1000 RPL to be distributed amongst the Rocket Pool community. The eligibility rules were: 1) 500 messages in this discord over 3 months (my discretion) 2) 10 rpl for good work and 5 rpl if i think you should work harder (my discretion) 3) dm me making your case and with your address. the stronger your case, the more likely you are to get 10 rpl. no nominations. 4) use this rpl to party for atlas Over 3 days the RPL Benefactor sent all 1000 RPL to jubilant members of the Rocket Pool Community. The user 'rpl-benefactor' returned to Rocket Pool's Discord #trading channel on December 1st, 2023 to announce that they had 535 RPL (worth >$15,000) to distribute to the community over the coming days. Funds were donated by: Waq donated $3000, with the caveat that the whole community must rally to reach $10,000 in total donations.
