Devcon is the Ethereum conference for developers, thinkers, and makers. Utilizing ENS as a central but decentralized registry and connection to any other chain or service for communication profiles and an open network of message relay nodes, the dm3 protocol can easily be used to build messaging solutions (layer 1) or to connect existing protocols (layer 0), services, or dApps to the DM3 messaging ecosystem. With the DM3's cross-chain extension, registry information can be managed on any layer-2, other chains, or cloud services.
