Devcon is the Ethereum conference for developers, thinkers, and makers. The holder of this POAP participated in EthStaker's very first cohort of the DVT Home Staker program. They learned the ins and outs of setting up a validator on testnet on their way to setting up a validator on mainnet with Diva. New node operators let loose into the wild!
