This POAP commemorates the inauguration of Vibe City that occurred during the first Sunday Services when a bunch of dope Vibers met to create great s%!#, keep the vibes alive, and spark the match of progressive change. Vibe City now thrives and in order for more to arrive within it's gates prospective Vibers will need to attend Sunday Services, Defiant Days, or other associated Defiant Dames spaces.
