This POAP commemorates the June 2025 MN Blockchain Spotlight Meetup [1], held at Frankie’s Pizza [2] and featuring a special session titled “Creating Community with POAP.” Hosted by Jamie Thingelstad [3], this talk explored how POAPs can be used to foster community engagement and highlighted the 612 POAP Challenge [4] as a real-world example of using digital collectibles for connection and exploration. Attendees of this event came together to share ideas at the intersection of blockchain and community building while enjoying great conversation—and pizza—with fellow technologists and enthusiasts. This POAP was given to all attendees of Minnebar 17. First held in 2006, Minnebar is the nation's largest and longest-running technology unconference. Like other unconferences (or BarCamps), Minnebar is a user-generated conference that is participant-led. There are no keynote speakers or formal workshops, and all sessions are led by people from the tech and business communities. Minnebar 17 was held at Best Buy's Corporate Headquarters on Saturday, April 22nd 2023. This POAP was distributed directly via claim code when attendees checked in for the event.
