2023 is drawing to a close. As the MC team, we have once again achieved a fantastic performance this year, driven forward new topics and successfully launched numerous projects. We, a diversity of nations, cultures, personalities and skills. We celebrated this success together on 14 December 2023 at our X-Mas get-together under the motto "MC around the world". Things have changed since our founding in 1997. Mercedes-Benz Marketing Academy Services GmbH became Automotive Training GmbH in 2000 and Automotive Training & Consulting GmbH in 2012, which in 2016 finally gave rise to Mercedes-Benz Consulting GmbH. We moved from Esslingen to Vaihingen and then to Echterdingen. Our training portfolio was expanded with strong consulting expertise, and we went from 39 employees to about 370. The kind of growth that makes us proud! But our mission is still the same as when we started: to empower people and organizations to blaze new trails and take them further. And we’re still on fire for that! With our 360° view and unique combination of consulting and training, we successfully accompany our customers from idea to implementation as they move along their path to transformation – without losing sight of people and their individual challenges.
