With the increase in maximum validators per node, node operators eagerly competed for these new minipools, resulting in hundreds of failed transactions on Ethereum. On September 23, 2024, the Constellation testnet officially went live! Constellation is a protocol built on Rocket Pool that enhances capital efficiency, boosts scalability, and mitigates asset concentration risk. Notable features entail the integration of an On-Chain pDAO (RPIP-33), the capability to stake ETH on behalf of nodes (RPIP-32), a designated RPL Withdrawal Address (RPIP-31), and time-based balance and RPL price submissions (RPIP-35).
