This weekend we welcome RMUTR. A very decent side who will be there or thereabouts come the end of the season, they caused us real problems in the first game.
After the disappointment of the TA we now need to pick ourselves up and dust ourselves down. And who better to do that against than league leaders TOA Dovechem. TOA has had an outstanding start to the season in the BPL, winning every game and amassing an insane goal difference ... but we love a challenge!!
Join us this Sunday as we welcome Sirisak Sport Club to the Dome (not a dome). SSC have had a mixed start to the season, having picked up 8 points from their first 6 games, and sitting in 5th place.
With the heartbreak of last season’s TA still weighing heavy on our minds, we go into Sunday’s game vs Lukphokhun United eager to prove that we can mix it with Thailand’s best amateur teams. The draw couldn’t have been more difficult for us with our opponent coming off the back of a second-place finish in BPL 1 last season. We’re sure they will be confident of a good showing in this year's TA … but as we’ve said many times, most teams would have been hoping to avoid us in the first round! The boys have been training hard this week, and with Bangkok’s current heatwave they’ve needed to get ready for what will be a scorching afternoon in Kasim Bundit University stadium. With the prize of winning our Zone a place in the Thai Semi-Pro league it may not be an exaggeration to say this could be our biggest game to date. Set your alarms … It's going to be emotional!
The first game of season 2 in BPL2
We've invited our good friends from Egy Thai FC to the Futera Dome (not a dome) for one final game before the boys take a well-earned break!!
We are FUTERA UNITED... SU SU!
