Dare to Care - Transformation comes from courage
Processes, Deadlines, Transformations, and KPIs are not laws of nature. They are all made by people and must be experienced and implemented by people. So what is really needed, if we not only want to define our values, but also to carry them comprehensively further into our organizations and companies? What does the leadership culture of the future look like? When do we need to show our face and when do we need to let our guard down? Why is it not time, but we, who are in charge of all this? Join us for this insightful keynote and find out. Dare to Care. Personal Development Dome Stage | 02:30 - 03:00 pm | Keynote
The Battery as a Critical Factor in E-Mobility - And How to Make It More Sutainable
The battery is at the heart of future mobility – it enables emission-free mobility, but it also brings its own challenges. This is because the resources for building lithium-ion batteries are limited – at the same time, they are predestined for innovative approaches to the circular economy. For this reason, topics such as recycling, or second-life management of batteries are increasingly coming into focus. In this presentation, we will show which technical and economic aspects need to be taken into account. You will also learn how digital twins can be used to monitor and optimize a battery – including static and dynamic data over the entire life cycle as well as permanent monitoring of the state of health and new predictive maintenance options. Update your expertise on electromobility. Mobility Services Stage M | 03:10 - 03:30 pm | Impulse Session
Leading the Sustainable Transition – the Keynote Speech for the Big Picture
Dr. Harald Neidhardt, a scientist in geoecology at the University of Tübingen, gives an insight into the work of the Futur/io institute in his keynote speech. His mission is to help organizations and a network of chief sustainability officers to develop their sustainable roadmaps by 2030. Using vivid examples and ideas for a new era of regenerative shaping of the future, he inspires others to replace linear thinking with moonshot thinking. He also calls for a different kind of transformation to achieve decisive changes in organizational development before the end of 2030 – through inspiration, ideas, and innovation. One of Harald Neidhardt’s passions is expressing natural processes as metaphors and conveying a sense of time and the future. One approach is to see metamorphosis as a symbol of change – in contrast to the much too slow (digital) transformation that has been going on at Deutschland AG for more than 30 years.
