Le Hackathon Mobile invite les étudiants à collaborer en équipes pour concevoir et développer des filtres de réalité augmentée (AR) pour smartphones, destinés aux utilisateurs des plateformes Snapchat et Instagram. Dans ce cadre, les étudiants travaillent en groupe pour concevoir et implémenter des filtres AR qui soutiennent une stratégie de communication pour une marque dans un secteur imposé. Le hackathon culmine par une présentation devant un jury d'experts, où chaque équipe démontre l'efficacité et la créativité de son filtre en lien avec les objectifs marketing définis. L’évaluation se base sur la qualité du projet et de ses rendus. Ce hackathon vise à développer des compétences en communication stratégique et en technologie de réalité augmentée, tout en encourageant la créativité et l'innovation. Les étudiants acquièrent ainsi une expérience précieuse dans l'intégration de la technologie AR dans des campagnes marketing efficaces.
